Kevin represents private and public sector unions in negotiations, contract administration, unfair labor practice proceedings, arbitrations, fact-finding, and litigation.
In negotiations, he sits at the table with his client to negotiate a contract with the employer. Kevin also advises his clients on contract language and legal issues.
In contract administration, he advises his clients on the interpretation of contract language and attempts to work out solutions to problems with the employer.
In unfair labor practice proceedings, Kevin represents his clients before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) or Employment Relations Board (ERB).
In arbitrations, he represents clients before an arbitrator in matters of contract interpretation or discharges.
In fact-finding, Kevin helps his clients determine what the facts of a given situation are.
In litigation, he represents clients in state or federal court.
