Labor-Management Relations

I represent private and public sector unions in negotiations, contract administration, unfair labor practice proceedings, arbitrations, fact-finding, and litigation.

In negotiations, I sit at the table with my client to negotiate a contract with the employer. I also advise my client on contract language and legal issues.

In contract administration, I advise my client on the interpretation of contract language and attempt to work out solutions to problems with the employer.

In unfair labor practice proceedings, I represent my client before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) or Employment Relations Board (ERB).

In arbitrations, I represent my client before an arbitrator in matters of contract interpretation or discharges.

In fact-finding, I help my client determine what the facts of a given situation are.

In litigation, I represent my client in state or federal court.
